Charles W. Rigdon is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience along the Gulf Coast. Since 1981, Charles has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape across the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, and Mississippi Gulf Coast. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, having served in a wide range of capacities—including developer, consultant, managing member, partner, and investor—on numerous successful ventures throughout the region.
With a sharp eye for opportunity and a strategic approach to execution, Charles has built a reputation for his deep understanding of financial structuring, operational planning, and market dynamics. His ability to bring together stakeholders, navigate complex transactions, and create long-term value has earned him the trust of clients, partners, and industry professionals alike.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Troy State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. His background in finance and accounting has been instrumental in his real estate success and was further demonstrated during his tenure in the banking industry. Charles served on the Board of Directors of Destin Bank, where he held the role of Chairman of the Loan Committee. Under his leadership, the bank experienced significant growth and was ultimately acquired by Whitney National Bank in 2005.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charles is deeply committed to public service and community development. He currently serves on the Triumph Gulf Coast Board, an organization responsible for managing economic recovery and investment across the region, having been appointed by Congressman Jimmy Patronis. Charles has also devoted years of service to education initiatives in his community, contributing his time to the School Advisory Committees at both Destin Elementary and Destin Middle School.

Blake Rigdon

Blake W. Rigdon is a proud native of Destin, Florida, with deep roots in the Florida Panhandle. Born and raised along the Emerald Coast, Blake has a lifelong appreciation for the natural beauty, community values, and unique lifestyle that make this region such a special place to call home.
A graduate of Niceville High School, Blake earned a golf scholarship to attend Troy University before transferring to the University of Mississippi, where he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. During his academic career, Blake maintained a strong focus on discipline and performance—skills honed during his years as a nationally ranked junior golfer. As a competitive golfer, he was consistently ranked among the top 150 junior golfers in the United States, an achievement that reflects his relentless work ethic, mental toughness, and drive for excellence.
These same qualities have translated seamlessly into his professional career in real estate. Blake brings unmatched dedication, integrity, and attention to detail to every transaction.
